Job descriptions

  1. Assist in managing overall sales operation for the company.

  2. Work closely with the salesperson related to sales administrations support.

  3. Liaise with other department, provide allocation to relevant department for bike preparation.

  4. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and customer record maintenance

  5. Performing other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

  6. Liaise with other department, provide allocation to relevant department for bike preparation.

Job requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma in administration or any equivalent field.

  2. Minimum 2 years of total experiences with minimum 1 year of working experience in sales administration or sales environment.

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Offices such as word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.

  4. Possess good understanding of sales procedure flow and process.

  5. Good in statistics calculation and analysis.

  6. Able to perform work with the minimum supervision, independent and willingness to learn new things.

  7. Familiarity with administrative or sales related tasks.
