Bellworth Developments Hiring! Full Time Executive, Project in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring project works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, development requirements, and contract obligations.

• Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and site team to ensure smooth execution of property development projects.

• Assist in monitoring project progress against timeline, milestones, and development schedule, and prepare documentation, progress records, and reporting materials, including updates on issues and delays to the Project Manager.

• Assist in reviewing drawings and highlighting discrepancies, coordination issues, or non-compliance for clarification.

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve project and technical coordination issues.

• Support authority submission follow-ups and track approval status for assigned projects.

• Assist in attending project/site meetings and preparing meeting minutes when required.

• Support coordination of project activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and development requirements.

• Assist in monitoring defect rectification works during construction and Defects Liability Period (DLP), ensuring timely follow-up with contractors.

• Assist in handover preparation, including completion documentation and project readiness records for property delivery.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

• 3 years of experience in property development.

• Familiar with project coordination & knowledge of property development process and local authority submissions is an advantage.

• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
