JOB VACANCY: Environmental Services Manager

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM6,000 per month

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

A company in the environmental services / wastewater management industry is looking for a qualified, experienced, and capable candidate to join as Environmental Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, administer, and coordinate the company’s and clients’ environmental services and sustainability-related activities.
• Develop and prepare Environmental Management Plans (EMP), implement Environmental Monitoring Programmes, and prepare related environmental reports.
• Provide professional advisory services on environmental management, regulatory compliance, and sustainability matters.
• Prepare periodic environmental management and monitoring performance reports for operational purposes and management presentations.
• Ensure environmental programmes and initiatives are implemented in compliance with applicable legal requirements, regulations, and established standards.
• Manage communication and working relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Possess a minimum of three (3) recognized environmental competency certifications, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) certification.
• Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in environmental management, administration, consultancy, or sustainability-related fields.
• Strong communication, report-writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel and work outside Negeri Sembilan when required.
• Must successfully pass security screening and be free from any criminal record or history of substance abuse.
