Role Summary:
The Strategy, Planning & Analytics Executive supports the development and execution of business strategies through data analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional project coordination. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting planning initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of key business projects. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance data work with strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute the preparation of presentations and materials for management reviews and discussions.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.
2. Planning & Financial Analysis
- Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Build and maintain financial models, projections, and business cases to support decision-making.
3. Strategy Support
- Assist in strategy development, research, and strategic planning activities.
- Support multi-year business planning and strategic initiatives.
4. Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including store openings, product launches, and other business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information, align priorities and track timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays where necessary
- Provide day-to-day support to the manager and department as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, strategy, or planning roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex reports
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
