Job Purpose:

To assist and support with tender submission for yard repairs, fabrications, new building and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing yards to local and overseas clients.
• Able to engage global industry contacts and cultivate strong relations with clients.
• Solicit and collate market intelligence for development of business strategy
• Coordinate and work with internal cross-functional departments to work on quotations and support the execution and delivery of projects/ jobs.
• Assist with tender submission
• Maintain positive relationships with all existing and potential clients.
• Prepare monthly marketing report on business negotiations, proposal and tender.
• Assist with all contractual related matters.
• Provide support in vessel chartering

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marine/offshore industry or in tendering, costing, or commercial support roles
• Familiarity with shipyard, offshore, or marine operations will be an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
