Responsibilities:
  • Calibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation & provide technical feedback to customers
  • Maintenance of the various calibration software platforms.
  • Calibration station upkeep
  • Perform safety test on equipment
  • Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectations
  • Compile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution
  • Assist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training
  • Ensure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
  • Setup new calibration capability for Keysight and multi-vendor products
  • Validate the new procedures, use of technical manuals
  • Investigate out of tolerance of measurement standards and implement corrective action
  • Serve as an internal resource on technical issues support
  • Deliver other assignments as provided
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
