Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR Executive in day-to-day HR operations, foreign worker administration, and office/asset management.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or interns who want hands-on experience in HR and administration within a construction environment. You will assist in managing foreign worker documentation, employee welfare, accommodation, company initiatives, and general HR/admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foreign Worker (FW) Support
Assist in processing and renewing FW permits, visas, and work documents.
Support FW onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, asset issuance/return, exit procedures).
Help coordinate FW accommodation, welfare issues, and minor maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate FW records and assist HR Executive in reporting.
2. HR & Administrative Support
Assist in local employee HR matters (recruitment, onboarding, timesheet verification, payroll input support).
Maintain HR and administrative filing systems.
Support department/company initiatives and projects as assigned.
Help with office supplies, pantry, utilities tracking, and general administrative duties.
3. Asset & Facilities Support
Track company assets (laptops, tools, access cards, PPE) – issuance, returns, and updates.
Assist in office maintenance coordination and vendor communication.
Support travel arrangements for management or staff.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to HRA Executive and assists in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
