Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
Process and monitor payroll, attendance, and leave management
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally
Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisal programmes
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and company regulations
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR working experience
Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
High attention to detail, well-organised, and able to work independently
Experience with HR software or payroll systems is an advantage
