Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting in recruitment, employee records and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle attendance, leave tracking and basic payroll support
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters and reports
Coordinate training sessions and company activities
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
