Responsibilities

Position: HR & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and organised HR & Admin Assistant to join our team based in Miri (Morsjaya area).

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative duties, HR documentation, staff records, basic accounting records, filing, coordination, and general office support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR, administrative, and basic accounting tasks

  • Maintain staff records, attendance, leave records, and HR documents

  • Prepare letters, forms, reports, and other office documents

  • Handle filing, data entry, scanning, printing, and document control

  • Assist in recruitment matters, onboarding, and staff documentation

  • Prepare and update basic accounting records

  • Assist with invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and delivery orders

  • Record and organise supplier invoices, claims, petty cash, and payment records

  • Support management with ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent

  • Experience in admin, HR, or clerical work will be an advantage

  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently

  • Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
