Responsibilities
Position: HR & Admin Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and organised HR & Admin Assistant to join our team based in Miri (Morsjaya area).
The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative duties, HR documentation, staff records, basic accounting records, filing, coordination, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR, administrative, and basic accounting tasks
Maintain staff records, attendance, leave records, and HR documents
Prepare letters, forms, reports, and other office documents
Handle filing, data entry, scanning, printing, and document control
Assist in recruitment matters, onboarding, and staff documentation
Prepare and update basic accounting records
Assist with invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and delivery orders
Record and organise supplier invoices, claims, petty cash, and payment records
Support management with ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent
Experience in admin, HR, or clerical work will be an advantage
Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently
Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
