Kawan Engineering Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive in Perak - Ricebowl

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and closing activities.

2.     Monitor company cash flow and working capital, prepare variance analysis, and support financial risk management.

3.     Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts; track actuals versus budgets.

4.     Coordinate with external parties such as banks, auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, and government authorities.

5.     Contribute to process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and financial reporting processes.

6.     Undertake other accounting-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualification:

1.     Preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting with 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.

2.     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3.     Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

4.     Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software; ERP experience is an added advantage.

5.     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight reporting deadlines.

6.     Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
