What You Will Do
As our Sales Associate, your main job is to make sure every customer feels welcome and gets the help they need.

Layan Customers: Greet customers with a smile, answer their questions, and help them out whether they walk into the shop or message us online.

Sales & Recommendations: Help customers pick the right games, hardware, or subscription packages based on what they like.

Simple Marketing: Help us update our social media (like taking simple photos or videos for TikTok/Instagram) and promote our current offers.

Learn About Gaming: Keep up with the latest games and trends. If you don't know much about gaming yet, don't worry—as long as you are excited to learn, we will teach you!

Daily Operations: Keep the shop neat and tidy, and handle basic payment counters (POS).

Who We Are Looking For
Customer Service Experience: You have worked in retail, F&B, or customer service before. You know how to talk to people and handle problems calmly.

Friendly Personality: You are naturally cheerful, easy to talk to, and have a good attitude.

Gaming Knowledge: You play games (PlayStation, PC, etc.) OR you are very enthusiastic and willing to learn fast.

Basic Marketing: You know how to use basic social media for business.

Location: You are based in Penang Mainland and have your own transport to work.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Chat Reply : Handling chat reply from social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Tiktok, Website and Messenger.
