RM2,000 – RM3,500 + Allowances

About the Role
We are looking for a strong and dedicated Operation Team Leader who is passionate about people development, customer success, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and managing operations with structure, accountability, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the operations team to ensure all assigned tasks and orders are completed on time
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively
• Conduct training sessions or workshops to enhance team performance
• Implement and enforce operational SOPs
• Support marketing efforts by contributing customer success stories

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (Team Lead / Supervisor role)
• Experience in recruitment and resume assessment
• Experience in conducting training or workshops is a plus
• Customer-oriented, calm under pressure, and solution-driven
• Proactive and comfortable proposing ideas and improvements

Working Arrangement

• Monday – Saturday
• 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM
• WFH every Friday & Saturday
