Deliver Excellence in IT Projects at SRKK

We are seeking a IT Project Engineer to ensure seamless delivery of IT projects entrusted to SRKK. This role involves leading project implementation, managing customer success, and driving continuous improvement. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead onboarding and implementation of assigned projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure quality management by aligning deliverables with standards and operational processes.
• Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for upsell or additional support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and enhance technical knowledge through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate feedback and improve service quality.
• Identify risks and work with stakeholders to ensure service reliability and compliance.

Who You Are

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project implementation or technical support.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, domain management, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Learn or ITIL are an added advantage.
