- Lead operation on facility management and maintenance of building in part civil.

- Ensure all upgrading works delivery within schedule, at minimum cost and meet quality and specifications approved by JKR.

- Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Civil and resolve complaints from clients.

- Prepare Civil monthly reports.

- Liase with JKR personnel and clients at regarding facility management and maintenance.

- Search quotation from supplier and contractor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
