Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and store employees.
• Monitor operational expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze business performance and implement improvement plans.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managerial role in retail or hypermarket operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
