1. Measurement & Quantification
- Assist in taking off quantities from drawings.
- Help prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
2. Tendering Support
- Assist in preparing tender documents.
- Help with tender analysis and evaluation.
3. Site Visits & Progress Monitoring
- Participate in site inspections.
- Record progress and assist in preparing interim claims.
4. Documentation & Filing
- Organize project documents such as RFWI, VO, drawings, and correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing and tracking systems.
5. Variation Orders (VO)
- Assist in identifying and documentation variations.
- Help prepare VO submissions for consultant/ client approval.
6. Cost control & Budgeting
- Support cost tracking and budget monitoring.
- Assist in preparing cost reports and forecasts.
7. Learning & Development
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meeting.
- Accountable for ensuring accurate measurements, submitting documents on time, keeping project records organized, supporting the QS team effectively following companies procedures, actively learning and improving your skills, and handling all project information with confidentiality and integrity
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Working location will be at KL
