- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, or process systems for injection molding machines.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, SOPs, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and performance improvement.
- Assist senior engineers in daily technical tasks and project implementation.
- Participate in technical solution development and provide cross-departmental support.
- Support production, assembly, and after-sales teams to ensure stable machine operation.
- Develop and improve assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, gauges, and workstation layouts.
- Participate in DFM reviews and provide suggestions to improve manufacturability.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve production efficiency, quality, and first-pass yield.
- Monitor key quality control points to ensure products meet design and technical requirements.
- Maintain proper technical documentation, including drawings, process flows, SOPs, and assembly standards.
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
- 0–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to interact with customers and provide technical support.
- Team-oriented, detail-minded, and able to follow standard procedures.
- Willing to attend professional training in China for 6–12 months.
