Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Associate at our Seri Kembangan facility. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs, recommend solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing and growing a client portfolio, generating leads, preparing sales proposals, maintaining product knowledge, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the Sales Associate will coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in client relationship management and sales development
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, product applications, and industry trends
• Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, reports, and presentation materials
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with internal departments
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
