• Ensure compliance with Malaysian safety regulations and DOSH requirements at all times.
• Must be a DOSH Yellow Book holder (Site Safety Supervisor certified).
• Supervise all HDD works to ensure safe drilling, reaming, and pipe pullback operations.
• Monitor and control risks such as utility strikes, spills, and underground hazards.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and enforce PPE compliance.
• Manage PPE and attendance incentive program for workers.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Apply safety permits for site like OSHA/NIOSH.
• Prepare and submit daily safety reports to management.
• Perform daily headcount for all teams and workers on site.
• Track worker movement including new hires and resignations.
• Ensure all new workers complete required forms and submit to management office.
• Maintain proper safety documentation including HIRARC, reports, and records.
• Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Ensure proper site control including barricading, signage, and traffic management.
• Coordinate with project team and management on all safety matters.
• Able to control and enforce safety compliance for both subcontractors and in-house workers.

Requirement:

• Must be a DOSH Yellow Book holder (Site Safety Supervisor certified).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction industry.
• Experience in HDD / trenchless / underground utility works is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations (OSHA, FMA, BOWEC).
• Strong communication skills and able to respond promptly to calls and messages.
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to being present and active on site at all times.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of site safety.
• Firm personality and able to enforce safety rules on both workers and subcontractors.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel & Word).
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and roadside construction environments.
• Willing to travel and work across Sendayan, Seremban, and Selangor project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
