Job Description

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Production Admin Assistant to join our team based at Berjaya CKE International (Nilai Factory). The ideal candidate will support our Production department by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining efficient communication between departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare product Diagram, operation manual, specification sticker, Serial number.
  • Prepare scan travelling card to production.
  • Prepare special drawing order and distribute to production.
  • Prepare for the Production Modify document.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scripts, maintaining production files.
  • Assisting in the preparation of production sets.
  • Support the preparation production reports.
  • Perform errands as requested by directors, producers and other members of the production team.
  • Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work at Berjaya CKE International (Nilai Factory)
  • Possess a Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in Administration.
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Multitasking and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
  • Ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to quality standard.
  • Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience.
  • 1 Full-time positions available.
  • Must have hands-on experience using ERP systems.

Working Schedule:

  • 5-Days Working per Week (Monday ~ Friday).
  • Normal Working Hours (8.00 am ~ 6.00 pm with 1-hour Rest)
  • Off Day – Saturday, Rest Day – Sunday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
