• Lead to establish robust SCM policy, standards, procedures, continuous improvement plans and drive the implementations in all plants located at different countries.
• Create and implement strategic plans to maintain and continuously improve the SCM efficiency, services quality, cost leverage and other aspects of existing or coming up new processes or procedures to achieve business objectives
• Drive to optimize S&OP for both SCM operations and inventory management.
• Drive investigations, conduct root cause analysis related to daily operations performance, customer complaints, process efficiencies, etc.
• Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve low production changeover, ideal inventory targets, reduce storage cost, on time delivery, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
