JOB TITLE : Sales Executive

INDUSTRY: Manufacturing – Palm Oil Harvesting Tools

OFFICE: Based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit palm oil estates and plantations to promote harvesting tools.
• Conduct on-site product demonstration and after-sales training for estate workers and supervisors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with estate managers, supervisors, and purchasing teams.
• Collect purchase orders, follow up on order status, delivery, and payment coordination.
• Provide after-sales support, product usage guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Participate in agriculture exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
• Gather market feedback and competitor information from estates.
• Prepare simple sales visit reports.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or experience in Sales / Agriculture / Engineering / Plantation-related field
• Experience in palm oil industry or agricultural tools is a strong advantage
• Willing and able to travel frequently to estates (outstation)
• Comfortable working in outdoor plantation environments
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage)
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
• Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented

Added Advantage:

• Familiar with palm oil harvesting operations
• Experience dealing with estate managers and mandore / supervisors
• Able to conduct hands-on training and demonstrations
