TRI-WALL (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is the subsidiary of Tri-Wall Group which is global network companies specialist in designing and manufacturing custom made heavy duty Tri-Wall packaging. Our main office is in Sungai Buloh, Selangor while we have two branches which is located in Pulau Pinang (PG) and Johor Bahru (JB).
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Johor Bahru to support our sales team by managing order entries and planning deliveries, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders by communicating with customers on order details and delivery status.
- Issue RMCF to KL office for purchase of materials and accessories.
- Issue job orders to production.
- Prepare month end stock movement reports.
- Generate customer invoice & DO and to ensure chop and signed copies of the DO are received after delivery and matched with invoices.
- Assist the Branch Manager / Sales personnel to prepare product costing sheet, part drawings and sales quotations.
- Support the migration and implementation of the new ERP system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Assist in month end company stock take.
Requirement & Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least SPM with clerical job experience or Diploma in any related fields.
- Candidate with at least 1-2 years experience in administrative roles and sales management systems have an added advantages
- Candidate must excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must proficient in using office software.
