• Update daily production reports into the ERP system.
• Prepare daily production meeting reports.
• Record and monitor production staff attendance.
• Record and maintain daily production output data.
• Distribute production-related documents and paperwork to relevant departments.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of production documents such as job orders, production reports, scrap records, and related documents.
• Monitor stock levels of office and production administrative supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Oversee and ensure accurate data entry in the production ERP system.
• Assist the production team with administrative support and documentation.
• Ensure production records are updated and maintained for reporting and audit purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
