About the role

AMALEENA JEWEL SDN BHD' is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bandar Baru Nilai Negeri Sembilan. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our jewellery retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalised recommendations
• Conducting LIVE sessions on social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook) to promote jewellery collections, engage with customers, and drive online sales
• Demonstrating and showcasing our jewellery products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer-centric approach
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and promotions
• Providing excellent after-sales support and follow-up with customers
• Assisting with inventory management and store operations as required
• Participating in marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for detail
• Ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Flexible and adaptable to work during weekends and public holidays as required
