Job Description

• First in line to perform facilities upkeep and solve daily maintenances issues based on WO, until proven otherwise an external contractors needed
• First in line to perform check & services of AC/ AHU/ ducted AC according to the PPM schedule and checklist
• To engage with suppliers/ vendors/ contractors during ongoing works to improve internal skills and convert it into in house upkeep whenever is possible to reduce cost of hiring external vendors

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AC maintenance or related field
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
