Job Summary:
The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC routers to cut, shape, and carve wood or other materials used in furniture production. The role requires strong technical expertise to ensure precision, efficiency, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC routers according to technical drawings and design specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials onto the CNC machine safely and efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings such as feed rates, spindle speeds, and tool paths to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely production.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to maintain machine efficiency.
• Inspect finished components to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks, including HPL/veneer lamination, table saw work, edge banding operations etc.
• To conduct ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC routers or similar CNC machinery.
• Solid understanding of CAD/CAM software and CNC machine setup.
• Proficiency in G-code programming is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance.
• Good mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
