As Cafe Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team and take charge of operations from scheduling and inventory to sales and service. You’ll manage the branch like it’s your own café.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure good service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Lead the team by planning schedules, tracking attendance, and supporting staff.
- Handle cash, sales reports, and basic cost control.
- Manage stock and order supplies on time.
- Prepare coffee and drinks according to standards.
- Ensure food safety and follow all regulations.
- Support simple marketing and social media to increase sales.
- Handle customer feedback and solve problems quickly.
- Train and guide new staff to build a positive team.
- Work with management to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of F&B experience, with 1 year in a supervisor or team lead role.
- Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock control, reporting, and POS systems.
- Willing to be hands-on (prepare drinks and serve customers).
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
