Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

• Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering the right mobile products, services, and accessories.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Promote ongoing product promotions, bundles, and service plans.

Team Support & Leadership

• Support in coaching, training, and motivating team members.
• Delegate tasks and supervise team performance during shifts.
• Help onboard new employees and support ongoing development.
• Step in as acting team lead during the Store Team Lead’s absence.

Store Operations

• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.

Reporting & Administration

• Assist with daily sales reports, shift logs, and inventory records.
• Help monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and shift scheduling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in mobile or electronics.
• Strong interest in mobile technology and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a small team.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and POS software.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.

Preferred:

• Experience in a telecommunications or mobile phone retail environment.
• Knowledge of mobile plans and latest smartphone trends.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
