Hiring Full-Time Xiaomi Service Technician – Mobile Phone / Robot Vacuum / Vacuum

Location:
Ground Floor S/L 3, Lot 3165 Block 10, 2 1, 2 Miles, Jalan Rock, Iris Garden, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak

Working Hours:

• 5.5 working days per week
• Monday– Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Half Day)
• Off: Sunday& Public Holidays

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in service center environment (mobile phone / home appliances / electronics).
• Skilled in fault diagnosis, repair, material handling, and quality checking for Xiaomi devices.
• Hands-on experience with smartphones, smart home devices, wearables, and IoT products.
• Able to perform basic repairs on robot vacuums (water tank, filter, motherboard, FPC cables, etc.).
• Good working attitude, willing to learn, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexible to support front desk or other roles when required.
• Diploma / Certificate in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or related field is preferred.

Job Scope

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Xiaomi smartphones, robot vacuums, and other IoT devices.
• Perform repair and replacement of defective parts.
• Conduct full functionality testing after repair.
• Complete service reports and assist with administrative tasks.
• Provide support to front desk or other departments when needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
