Job description:

Facilities and Utilities Assets - Inspecting and Monitoring

• Inspect to ensure functionality, record readings or data (whenever applicable).
• Observe and record all faults and defects or abnormalities to report to Facilities team for their attention.

JM Vendors Maintenance - Coordinating and Monitoring

• Coordinate with vendors for scheduled Preventive Maintenance and any Break down visits
• Maintain data tracking and vendor Service Sheets compilation
• Maintain proper logs and update work orders on vendor’s corrective maintenance findings and actions taken
• Make sure vendors comply to Permit to Work and wear proper PPEs

Air Cond Maintenance

• Maintain indoor and outdoor Air Cond units based on established Preventive Maintenance schedule
• Carry out works to ensure good quality of workmanship to prevent recurrence of any asset failures
• Comply to all safety and quality requirements while conducting minor repairs and related activities

General Duties

• Support site Cleaners with setup of meeting rooms and event areas as and when needed
• Attend to work related and Safety briefings
• Assist in other activities as instructed by Facilities Executive or JM’s engineer from time to time
• Respond to Emergency call-in situations (if applicable)

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon-Friday)

(standby on weekends & Public Holiday)

Expected joining date: End of June / July 2026

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
