• Serve food and beverages while engaging courteously with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, cheque, and credit/debit card transactions using cash registers and digital POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
• Assist in setting up and replenishing food displays and beverage stations as required.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures in compliance with company standards.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide friendly and prompt responses to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints.
