Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To prepare Payments Vouchers Involving all payments
  • To key in daily accounting entries into ERP accounting system
  • To Prepare Monthly Trial Balance , Profit and Lost Account, Creditors/Debtors ageing List
  • To liaise with Company Auditor , Tax Agents and Company Secretary on Yearly Auditing, Tax Assesment and Annual return Submission
  • To deal with banks facility and transaction
  • To follow up with all the dues and payments
  • To prepare daily Petty Cash Report
  • To follow up with creditors on receivable payments
  • To assist HR department in preparing Payroll/Payslip
  • To Prepare records and payment to Workers supply Company Other Ad-Hoc work work as assign by Management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
