• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment reconciliations, and collections.
• General Ledger: Assist with maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
• Expense Management: Monitor and analyze expenses to ensure they are within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and team members to gather information, resolve issues, and provide financial insights.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
