1. Support Monthly Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing monthly promotional campaigns to boost awareness and sales.
- Support campaign mechanics, promotion setup, and strategy execution across online and offline channels.
2. Manage Daily E-Commerce Operations
- Handle day-to-day operations on online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website) including product uploads/updates, discount configurations, voucher setup, and monitoring of sales performance.
- Ensure price and promotion accuracy for all listed books.
3. Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights to improve decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
4. Marketing Budget Assistance
- Assist in planning and monitoring the usage of marketing funds for vouchers, free-gift-with-purchase (e.g., stationery items, exam kits)
5. Competitor & Market Analysis
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to recommend pricing strategies, product bundles, and campaign ideas.
6. Customer Support & Issue Handling
- Respond promptly to operational issues such as platform errors, delayed shipments, and customer complaints (e.g., damaged books, missing items).
- Escalate technical or system-related problems to relevant parties and propose solutions.
- Monitor and manage customer chat ratings and feedback across platforms to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Editorial teams to ensure campaign readiness.
- Monitor stock availability, free gift allocation, and shipping timelines.
8. Campaign Readiness Monitoring
- Follow up on campaign setup tasks such as visual design, website updates, product uploads, and promotion activation to ensure timely execution.
9. Logistics & Order Fulfillment Support
- Print and prepare airway bills for daily shipments to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with Fulfillment and Courier partners to monitor pick-up schedules and delivery status.
- Troubleshoot and escalate logistics issues (e.g., missing parcels, delivery delays) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
10. Team Support
- Support and guide junior staff or new team members in completing daily operational tasks and campaign-related duties.
11. Post-Campaign Review Participation
- Participate in post-mortem discussions after major campaigns to review outcomes, identify issues, and provide input for corrective actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
