Technical Architecture Engineer (Cloud Solutions)

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid/Client-Site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: 30% – 50% (Client visits required)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Architecture Engineer to bridge the gap between complex cloud infrastructure and client success. In this role, you will be the technical lead for cloud implementation, migration, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with the Technical Manager to ensure that project SOWs are delivered with high precision, helping our clients optimize their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Advisory: Resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and design tailored solutions for diverse client environments.
• Implementation & Migration: Execute end-to-end cloud migration projects based on specific Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring seamless transitions.
• Project Delivery: Manage assigned tasks with a focus on timeline adherence and high-quality deliverables.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Investigate deep-tier technical bottlenecks and follow through to resolution.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring new issues and solutions are cataloged for the team.
• Process Optimization: Drive team productivity by identifying opportunities for automation and tool integration.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud platform development or systems usage.
• Linux Mastery: Strong proficiency in Linux environments, system operations architecture, and command-line interfaces.
• Programming: Solid fundamentals in at least one core language (Java, Go, or Python).
• Cloud Ecosystems: Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) is highly preferred.
• Networking & Systems: Practical knowledge of DNS, firewalls, NTP, and YUM.
• Soft Skills: Strong documentation habits and the ability to identify technical risks before they escalate.

Pay: RM60,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year
