Job Description

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to amplify our voice in the architectural and design industry. You will be the driver behind our brand’s digital presence and market outreach. You will bridge the gap between our technical expertise and our public image, ensuring that IASPL is top-of-mind for developers, architects, and partners across the region.

Your Role Will Include

  • Strategic Planning & Business Alignment: Work closely with senior management to understand the business goals, priorities, and timelines for each business unit. Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies and execution plans tailored to each unit's needs. Maintain and plan ahead for a consolidated marketing calendar, aligning promotions and campaigns to drive business goals across all business units.
  • Digital Strategy: Plan and execute social media strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, Website) to increase engagement and brand authority.
  • Content Management: Write and curate compelling copy for case studies, project features, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Market Research: Identify market trends, potential clients, and upcoming architectural projects in the region to support Business Development.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all external communications and marketing collaterals align with the firm’s premium identity.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to transform technical project updates into attractive marketing stories.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, encompassing both the development and execution of marketing strategies from inception through to implementation.
  • Proven experience working across multiple product or service categories; experience in B2C, B2B, consultancy, or technology marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, with the ability to allocate resources effectively across both.
  • Highly organised, with a structu red approach to planning, calendar management, and campaign coordination across multiple business units simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in defining, tracking, and reporting on KPls and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage credibly at both management and team levels.

Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
