Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
*Planning and Implementation
- Assist on ITB/ Market Survey / Quotation through Ariba / SMARTGEP/ E-mail etc.
- Ensure proper filing/tracking of all purchases and the pricing records and issue PO, ensure timely supply
- Prepare and issue request for quotation, evaluate quotations, negotiate and prepare recommendation to Head of Contracts/Contracts Manager/Procurement Manager
- Handle company license renewal.
- Other duties assigned.
*Documentation and File Management
- Organize and maintain business documents in a good order
- Assist to apply on license’s renewal in platform.
*E-Commerce Platform Support
- Manage product listings, removals, and updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with platform maintenance and operational issue resolution.
*Cross-Department Coordination
- Communicate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to address business needs efficiently.
- Effective communication of the Company’s objectives to staff.
- Good corporate governance, comply with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Comply with all good business practice requirements.
- Develop and manage database including Procurement Department until handing over.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum STPM/ Diploma in Business / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Required Skills and Experiences :
- Procurement : 2 years (Preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision , independently and as part of a team
- Can work under pressure/ multitasking
- Fast learner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
