Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Protégé Laboratory Technician to support our geotechnical and construction material testing operations. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates to gain exposure in both lab and site environments under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in laboratory testing of construction materials including soil, rock, concrete, and aggregates
• Support site testing activities such as field density tests, core sampling, and other fieldwork
• Prepare, label, and store samples accurately in line with testing protocols
• Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment under guidance
• Record test results with accuracy and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Comply with internal SOPs and support ISO/IEC 17025 quality requirements
• Collaborate with lab and site teams to ensure timely and quality testing outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geoscience, or a related technical field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Physically fit and comfortable working in both laboratory and outdoor environments

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
