About the role

We're looking for a talented Social Media and Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team at SD Plus Education in Miri, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for creating and curating engaging social media content to help promote our innovative educational services and expand our online presence.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, including photos, videos, and captions
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community
• Analyse social media metrics and reporting to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support the overall content strategy and brand messaging

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong creative skills and experience in content creation, including photography and video editing
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
• Knowledge of the education industry and an understanding of our target audience
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
