Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our invoicing and daily operations.
This is a junior role suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and grow. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of documents
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping
- Support coordination between office and warehouse teams
- Follow up on missing information or documents
- Assist with general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma
- Basic computer skills (Excel, etc.)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in admin or invoicing is an added advantage
