Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager position is based in Seremban and involves leading a dynamic sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of solar energy solutions, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify new opportunities in the market. The role also includes overseeing the sales process, mentoring sales representatives, and collaborating with marketing and operational teams to ensure client satisfaction and success. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and reporting techniques
  • Knowledge of renewable energy solutions, particularly solar energy systems, is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
