Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university. Professional Technologist (Ts.) certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 20 years of experience in Enterprise ICT Systems, including senior managerial leadership roles overseeing multidisciplinary functions across IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity, digital governance, process control systems, telecommunications, networking, and plant facilities within upstream and downstream operations.
Proven experience in strategic planning, CAPEX & OPEX budget management, operations & maintenance, system integration, and execution of capital projects covering FEED, detailed design, commissioning, and asset rejuvenation initiatives.
Strong technical knowledge in Enterprise ICT architecture, cybersecurity, automation and control systems, software lifecycle management, E&P applications, remote operations, and smart field technologies.
Familiarity with industry technical standards, production operations value chain, safety critical elements (SCE), MOC processes, and digital engineering governance.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ISA/IEC 62443, CBCP, or ISA Automation & Control Systems are an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the enterprise Digital strategy and roadmap to support business growth and operational value delivery.
Drive Digital transformation initiatives across core and support functions including operations, subsurface, engineering, supply chain, finance, and human capital to enhance efficiency, agility, and innovation.
Lead IT/OT convergence initiatives by integrating operational technologies and enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow, remote operations, and real-time operational visibility.
Spearhead cybersecurity and digital risk management programs to strengthen cyber resilience, threat detection, regulatory compliance, and protection of digital and operational technology assets.
Oversee Digital financial management including budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX optimization, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and align investments with business priorities.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing, AI, ML, IoT, Digital Twins, and AR/VR to enhance automation, innovation, and operational competitiveness.
Establish and enforce Digital governance frameworks, security policies, and project management standards to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Develop and lead a high-performing Digital team through talent acquisition, capability development, succession planning, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
