Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.
  • Identify target markets and analyze customer needs to improve marketing effectiveness.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website.
  • Create engaging content including posters, photos, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor online engagement and respond to inquiries from customers.

3. Branding & Promotion

  • Ensure all marketing materials follow the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, health campaigns, and marketing events.
  • Work with design teams or vendors to produce marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for management.

5. Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and the community.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities with companies, organizations, or healthcare partners.
  • Support initiatives to increase patient visits and service awareness.

6. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors, advertising agencies, and media partners.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular marketing reports and updates for management.
  • Maintain proper documentation for marketing activities and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel to all company branches when required.
  • Able to support marketing activities at different branch locations.
