Naga Construction Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,300 - Ricebowl

• Supervise and monitor daily site works to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and material deliveries.
• Ensure work is carried out according to construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and report non-conformance issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and attendance.
• Assist in planning work sequence, manpower allocation, and site logistic arrangements.
• Ensure all works follow company safety standards and support Safety Officer in enforcing HSE requirements.
• Highlight site problems and propose practical solutions to the project team.
• Verify workmanship and ensure corrective actions are taken where required.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site team for smooth project progress.
• Other adhoc tasks will be assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
