Responsibilities
Electrical & Automation Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Lumut, Perak
Employment Type: Permanent
We are currently partnering with a leading multinational industrial organisation to identify an experienced Electrical & Automation Maintenance Supervisor to support critical maintenance and operational activities within a complex heavy industrial environment.
This role will lead electrical and automation maintenance execution activities across high-value operational assets and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical and automation maintenance activities
Manage maintenance teams and external contractors
Support troubleshooting and fault-finding activities
Oversee maintenance execution for industrial electrical and automation systems
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Support maintenance planning, shutdown activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive KPI performance across safety, reliability, and operational efficiency
Coordinate closely with planning and inspection teams
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Automation Engineering or equivalent
Strong Exposure To
Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience
HV/LV systems
PLC/SCADA/HMI
Industrial automation systems
Maintenance execution
Experience within heavy industry, ports, mining, manufacturing, or processing environments
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
SAP CMMS exposure
HV substation maintenance experience
Reliability / RCA exposure
Continuous improvement initiatives
Relocation support may be considered for suitable candidates.
