• Work closely with Engineering and Purchasing on the new supplier development and approval
• Conduct all Supplier QMS Assessment
• Ensure all supplier quality target is met with minimum rejection that shall not disrupt company's production line by monitoring the incoming inspection, in-process / final inspection feedback and customer complaint
• Evaluate records and procedures to ensure its adequacy and provide suggestion to improved quality assurance activities
• Review changes & updates on new product specification
• Define process problems that lead to through put or quality issues, evaluate root cause, implement solutions to stabilize processes and evaluate results
• To ensure the QA personnel are continuously educated, trained and developed in order to improve on their competency
• Control and manage the departmental operations to ensure that it is within the guidelines of the Quality Management System
• Responsible for the monitoring, control and updating of documents
• Follow up specific problems as advised by QA Manager
• Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements
• Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage
• To carry out other duties as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Chemical/ Applied Science/ Physic/Industrial/Others) or equivalent.
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent urgency sense and follow-up support.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 would be an added advantage.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 internal audit would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be required as role requires candidate to liaise with customers and suppliers based in China.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
