About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Community Executive / Outdoor Operations to support our co-living operations in Kampar. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent tenant experience, and efficient on-ground execution.

You will be the key person managing tenant interactions, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring our units are always in top condition.

Key Responsibilities1. Tenant & Community Management

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants in Kampar
• Build positive relationships and ensure a strong community experience
• Handle tenant inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution promptly

2. Outdoor Operations & Unit Management

• Conduct routine inspections of units to ensure quality and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks
• Ensure all units are move-in ready at all times

3. Sales Support & Viewings

• Assist in property viewings and explain unit features to potential tenants
• Support conversion of leads into confirmed tenants
• Ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with HQ (Subang) and internal teams (sales, maintenance, operations)
• Update operational records, reports, and task progress in system (Lark or equivalent)
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Must be willing to work on-site in Kampar
• Must be willing to undergo training in Subang Jaya HQ
• Able to speak Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking tenants/owners)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Kampar area
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently
