• Manage the day-to-day operations of defect rectification works and refurbishment projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including photos, reports, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet all relevant regulations and standards
• Provide on-site supervision and support to the defect rectification team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient project management practices
